aims to protect public health and the environment by stipulating matters related to risk assessment of household chemical products, approval of biocidal substances and biocidal products, standards for biocidal-treated products, and relief of damages caused by biocidal products.<\/p>\n<p>Manufacturers and importers of consumer-use household chemical products designated as \u201cconsumer chemical products subject to safety confirmation (CCPSC)\u201d and \u201cbiocides\u201d must comply with the obligations stipulated in K-BPR prior to manufacturing or importing such products.<\/p>\n<div class=\"cont__table\">\n<span id=\"tablepress-15-description\" class=\"tablepress-table-description tablepress-table-description-id-15\">\u300cWhat are biocides?\u300d<\/span>\n\n<table id=\"tablepress-15\" class=\"tablepress tablepress-id-15\" aria-describedby=\"tablepress-15-description\">\n<tbody>\n<tr class=\"row-1\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Biocidal substances<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Chemicals, natural substances, or microorganisms used to eliminate, neutralize, or suppress harmful organisms.<br \/>\nExamples: Permethrin, ethanol, CMIT\/MIT<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-2\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Biocidal products<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Products primarily intended for the elimination of harmful organisms<br \/>\n<span>- Products composed of one or more biocidal substances, or a mixture of biocidal substances and non-biocidal substances<\/span><br \/>\n<span>- Products that generate biocidal substances from mixtures of chemicals, natural substances, microorganisms, etc.<\/span><br \/>\nExamples: Disinfectants, insecticides, preservatives<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr class=\"row-3\">\n\t<td class=\"column-1\">Biocide-treated products<\/td><td class=\"column-2\">Products that use biocidal products for secondary purposes such as removing harmful organisms, in addition to their main purpose.<br \/>\nExamples: Antibacterial filters, preservative-treated furniture, preservative-treated products.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"text-wrap text-wrap2\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-duration=\"1500\" data-aos-delay=\"50\">\n<div class=\"ti\"><h4>[ Major services provided Chemcurrent ]<\/h4><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8211;
